  • We welcome groups of 6–16 guests for on-site private classes at Botany & Co.

    If your group is larger than 16, we’ll happily come to you—off-site gatherings are available for an additional travel fee.

  • Absolutely. Most of our classes can be tailored to fit your group—whether that’s choosing your project, selecting seasonal materials, or adjusting the level of difficulty. We’ll work with you during the planning process to make sure your experience feels personal, thoughtful, and aligned with your group.

  • Your experience includes everything you need for a smooth and joyful event:

    • All tools and materials

    • Step-by-step guidance from a Botany & Co. instructor

    • A completed project for each guest to take home

    • A 2-hour reservation

    • Setup and clean-up handled entirely by our team

  • We host private classes seven days a week, and we’ll work with you to find a date and time that fits both your group and our workshop calendar.

    Capacity varies by the feel of the space during your event:

    • For 6–16 guests:
      Enjoy private access for your party during these windows—room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy a fully customized gathering.
      Mon–Wed (10a–5p)
      Mon–Sat evenings (5–8p) (evening fee applies)

    • For small groups of 6:
      Experience the creative buzz of Botany & Co. during shop hours. These gatherings nestle into the heart of our daily rhythm—perfect for those who enjoy being surrounded by community and plants.
      Thu–Sat (10a–5p)
      Sun (12–4p)

  • Submitting an inquiry is the first step—our team will follow up within two business days to confirm availability, gather details, and begin shaping your event.

    We ask for a minimum of two weeks’ lead time, though many groups book 4–6 weeks in advance to secure their preferred date.

  • To officially reserve your event, we require payment in full for a minimum of six guests.

    You can add additional participants—up to our on-site maximum of 16—up until two weeks before your gathering.

  • Every private experience includes a 2-hour reservation, with most workshops lasting 45–90 minutes.

    If you’d like extra time before or after for meeting, gathering, or celebrating, you can reserve additional time in The Shop as availability allows.

  • Absolutely. BYOB and snacks are welcome, and we can also help coordinate simple catering if you’d like to add something special to your gathering.

  • Yes! Light décor is welcome. Feel free to bring items like table displays, themed napkins, or small touches that make your gathering feel special. We simply ask that all décor is easy to set up and remove, and that nothing is affixed to walls or surfaces. As always, please plan for a carry-in/carry-out approach.
